Wristwatch Warranty
Warranty Duration:
This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the watch movement, hands, and dial under normal use conditions.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Water damage due to misuse.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case or crystal.
- Battery replacements.
Repair or Replacement:
In the event of a defect, we will repair the watch free of charge or replace it with the same model (subject to availability).
Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, you will need:
- Proof of purchase (original receipt).
- A description of the defect.
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via info@tokwatchworks.com. Provide a description of the defect and picture or video when applicable along with your proof of purchase.
- Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the process of returning the watch. Please package it securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Repair or Replacement: Once we receive your watch, we will evaluate the defect. If it is covered under warranty, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with the same model, depending on availability.
- Timeframe: We will inform you of the estimated timeframe for repairs or replacements once your watch is received.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery — provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to our address in the continental United States.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account.
